Policy roundtable with Joanne Anderson

The Future Economy Alliance will host an insightful roundtable discussion on the future of purpose-led business chaired by Joanne Anderson, the first female Mayor of Liverpool and the first Black woman in the UK to be directly elected as mayor.

Widely recognised as one of the country’s most influential agenda-setters, Joanne will invite expert attendees to exchange ideas and perspectives that will drive positive change in the business world, exploring questions like:

  • Are female and ethnic minority led social enterprises more successful in Liverpool?

  • Has social investment delivered for Liverpool’s purpose-led businesses?

  • Is Liverpool using social value in procurement to its full potential?

  • Is purpose-led business supported and understood outside the sector in Liverpool?

This is a private event but detailed updates will be shared afterwards.
